How do you ship and what is the price?

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. 

Why didn't my shipment come in one package?

We ship orders from various international warehouses (UK, US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centres in order for them to get to you as fast as possible. This means that orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way!

How long will it take my order to be delivered?

The shipping time will depend on the exact location.

The vast majority of our orders are sent out from our London based office, however some orders are dispatched from our warehouses in USA, Hong Kong and China so may take 10-15 business days. 

How can I track my order?

We will email you the tracking code for your order. The email will guide you how to track your order. Please note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive the email. 

Why do I have to pay an extra fee to my shipping company?

When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depending on each shipping companies policy or customs procedure, there might be an extra fee for the final delivery or import/customs tax. Please kindly pay the fee to receive your product. Please note, it is the customers responsibility to check import taxes in their country before placing an order.  

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, credit card, debit card or Visa. So please choose the method which is most suitable for you. 

Which currency do you use on the website?

Our products are listed in GBP, but our system will automatically convert it for you!
